They didn't notify anybody, which I find very strange - I had to call yesterday to get my tracking number, and now ... pins & needles, baby!

The excitement has taken me quite by surprise, I haven't felt this way in years. It's arriving at my office today - but then, so is my boss back from a two-week vacation, so I probably won't even get to crack it open until tonight.

I gave up after an hour on Monday, but got through pretty quickly yesterday.

If they had just sent e-mails they could have saved themselves hundreds, if not thousands, of one hour toll-free calls ... but that's just not the Rhino way!

That's terrific luck - happy listening.
